In addition, she is currently co-producing and writing "Cosmic Kin" (Cosmic Kin Music) with Byron Isaacs, Jimmy Zhivago, Pete Keppler, Fiona Kernaghan, and the Cosmic Kin collective. Pamela and Gina have also co-written several songs for Blue World Music and various artists. She has written three albums with Gina Fant-Saez of Blue World Music: Rumacea (currently available blueworldmusic ), Broadband, and Roomi. When not performing live across the United States and abroad, solo and with her band, and as a backup vocalist with Spooky Ghost and other artists, Pamela co-produces and writes for several projects. Her song, "I Quit" is featured in the film Story of a Bad Boy, produced by Jean Doumanian (known for producing many Woody Allen). In early spring of 2002, Pamela toured with Suzanne Vega throughout Europe and in New York City, singing supporting vocals, and performed in Vega's upcoming video of "Last Year's Troubles." Pamela's breathy vocals also grace the new Gerry Leonard (Spooky Ghost) record, "The Light Machine" (self-released). In May of 2003 Pamela sang with Spooky Ghost on tour as the opening act for Suzanne Vega. Suzanne Vega's most recent release, "Retrospect", features hersingle "Maggie May" from "Songs in Red and Gray" which Pamela sang back up vocals on. The highly touted and sought after musicians who play on this recording include: drummer Jay Bellerose (Elton John, Beck, T Bone Burnette), guitarist Gerry Leonard, drummer Matt Johnson (Beth Orton, Ricki Lee Jones, Jeff Buckley, Rufus Wainwright), drummer Tim Newton (Duncan Sheik), bassist Paul Bryan (Aimee Mann), and bassist Byron Isaacs (Joan Baez, Elysian Fields).Ĭurrently working on her second solo album, Pamela also appears singing backup vocals and harmonies on Suzanne Vega's recently released album, "Songs in Red and Gray" (A&M).
